Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use daversity.net or buy from DAVERSITY LLC, doing business as Daversity Design & Manufacturing ("Daversity," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

  • Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required, based on your shipping address.
  • Your order is accepted once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation. If we can't fill an order (for example, an item sold out or a price was listed in error), we'll contact you and refund you in full.
  • We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Custom work: design, 3D printing and prototypes

  • Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Custom and made-to-order items are produced for you specifically. Because of that, they can't be returned for change of mind, but we'll repair, reprint or refund anything that arrives defective or doesn't match the approved specs.
  • You confirm you have the right to use any files, designs or logos you send us, and that the item is legal to make.
  • Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you own the designs you bring to us. Designs we create for you are yours once the job is paid in full.

Installation and use

Our powersports and marine accessories are designed to be installed following the product instructions. Check fitment before installing, install them correctly, and inspect them regularly. Riding and boating carry inherent risks. Daversity isn't responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, or use on vehicles the product isn't listed to fit. Daversity is not affiliated with or endorsed by the vehicle manufacturers whose models we list for fitment.

Warranty

We stand behind what we make. If a product has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement, repair or refund. Beyond that promise and any warranty required by law, products are provided "as is."

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Daversity's total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Accounts

You don't need an account to buy. If you sign in, keep access to your Google account secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Website content and free tools

Photos, text, designs and logos on this site belong to Daversity unless noted. The DAVERSITY name is a trademark of DAVERSITY LLC. Free tools and downloads are provided as is, for personal or business use, without warranty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
