Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what we need to make and ship your order and to let you sign in. We never sell your information. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
This policy explains how DAVERSITY LLC, doing business as Daversity Design & Manufacturing ("Daversity," "we," "us"), handles information when you visit daversity.net, buy from us, or contact us.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. You give us these at checkout.
- Payment information: entered directly into Stripe's secure form. Stripe processes the payment; we only receive a confirmation and basic details such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Account information: if you choose "Sign in with Google," Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We don't receive your Google password or access anything else in your Google account.
- Messages and quote requests: anything you send us by email, text, phone or our forms, including files you attach.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Cookies and similar technology
We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work: one keeps you signed in, and one remembers sign-in security checks. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser. If you arrive through one of our short links (daversity.net/go/…), a first-party cookie remembers that link's name for 30 days so we can tell which of our posts led to an order; it holds no personal information and isn't shared with anyone. We don't use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
How we use it
- To process payments, make and ship your order, and send you receipts and order updates.
- To answer questions, prepare quotes and provide customer support.
- To keep the records required for taxes and accounting.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To send you news or offers, only if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Stripe, for payments and sales tax calculation.
- Shipping carriers and label services (such as USPS, UPS, Pirate Ship or Shippo), for your shipping address and contact details to deliver your package.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and its database.
- Google, if you use Sign in with Google, and for our business email.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for taxes, accounting and warranty support (generally up to seven years). Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, except records we must keep by law. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also remove Daversity's access from your Google account settings at any time.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), card details go straight to Stripe, and access to order information is limited to Daversity staff who need it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
